Domestic Shipments All En Route
As of today we have sent all domestic shipments out. There have been questions from backers with lower backer numbers. If anybody has not gotten their orders by the end of this next week we encourage you to reach out and contact us.
We started to process international orders today and discovered a problem. We were under the impression that our current account with FedEx FIMS would allow tracking from our doorstep to yours. Today we realized this is not the case. However, we opened a new FIMS account with Mailview service that will in fact allow you to track your shipment from our doorstep to yours. This is a big plus considering the value of the perks you donated.
We recognize that the delays have kept coming and we hope to prevent any such delays from happening in the future. Part of being a crowdsourced endeavor is nailing down the shipping, the supplies, and all the other working parts. Sometimes that means completely changing certain parts if they don't fit or work.
Any international backers that want us to ship Monday under the FedEx FIMS system we encourage you to reach out and let us know, but it will NOT provide tracking. The international shipping we expect to take one further week under the new system.

The Final Stretch
We're nearly done with everything. Obviously we've had a number of unfortunate delays, but as most of you understand that's the nature of small companies trying to accomplish big things with the backing and support of generous people like you. As we go forward we seek to improve the processes of manufacture and sharing of information. Right now, any remaining devices that are undelivered, or not in transit, are being assembled. After that we will test them for quality control purposes.
Testing is one of the most important steps before shipping so we don't send out defective product. After going through your H2P manual, anyone that potentially receives a defective product is encouraged to contact us at 801-566-0240 (as has been noted we printed an old number by mistake). Our customer care specialists will address your concerns and hopefully walk you through issues that might be fixed on your side, or set you up for repairs if needed.
After the testing step is the packaging and shipping of the product. We have additionally been trickling out small batches of 25 in order to keep the process flowing. We had optimistic hopes to get ALL domestic orders out by the end of this first week of March. Despite that we are getting orders out. Additionally, we're happy to say that we've ironed out any issues with international orders so those will be going ahead as planned. As things are, we expect that our estimate of having the entire campaign fulfilled by the end of March looks good.

Shipping and Lanyards
We have reached 66% fulfillment. We are looking good to have all the domestic shipments done the end of the first week of March. All international shipments should be finished by the end of March.
There was also an error where some shipments did not include the lanyards. The easiest way to fix this is to email your shipping address to [email protected] and a screenshot of your order so that we can fulfill it without having to dig for the correct information. We recognize that between the start of the campaign and now there are a number of backers who have moved. We don't want to get the information wrong. We appreciate all your patience and your support.

We are looking good to have 300 more H2Ps out by the end of this week: assembled, quality checked, packed, and shipped. We already have 300 en route to their final destinations as of today.

H2P Shipping Today
We've currently got a couple hundred H2P's in each color category as of today. We will be shipping out in priority of domestic addresses and with backer order numbers and will continue to ship out as we are able.
We appreciate all those who have been patient and understanding. We also understand all those who have not been.
We will keep you updated as this campaign wraps up.
