The issues we've run into are as follows:
The parts we ordered were defective and did not match our quality standards. We were only able to ship a small initial batch of the H2P's and had hoped to have the rest out by now.
While we have engineered and designed the H2P in our lab here in the USA, we are reliant on receiving our components from companies around the world. We work with the largest and best companies in the world. However, getting replacement components during the holidays gave us unforeseen setbacks. We apologize for this delay and are doing everything we can to speed this up.
As everything stands now, most of our product will be here and ready to ship out by the end of this month. Again, we are sorry for the delay and any inconvenience this causes.
We have modified our design and adjusted several points on the product to make it improved over what you saw originally. You will end up with a better overall product in the end.
The nature of crowdfunding is that things don’t always come together exactly as hoped. When launching a new product, it is often the case to have slight delays. We will get this out as fast as possible and you will love your new H2P’s. We are very appreciative to such a great group of backers who have helped us to innovate over three new product offerings and bring them to the world. We couldn’t do it without you. Please watch our updates and again we appreciate your patience and understanding as we finalize this shortly.

H2P Update
To Our Amazing Backers:
We had hoped to have all product to everyone by Christmas.While we did start shipping in November as we'd hoped, it is continuing to take longer to get all the inventory in to finalize everything for all of you. We are working hard and things are going well, just slower than anticipated. We will continue to ship and everything shows that we will complete all shipments between next week and the second week of January.
Each campaign we run becomes significantly improved as we streamline our internal procedures and processes. We appreciate your efforts in helping us grow our company to a solid level. We have made tremendous progress this last year with all your help and we are totally committed to making ProSounds by AXIL- the best hearing performance company and product line on the planet. Thanks for your continued support!
If you were planning on giving the H2P out for gifts this holiday season, we apologize for the delay.
They are coming soon and they are awesome. You will love this product and it will be well worth the slight delay. We have sent out PDF's for those requesting it for their gift giving needs. Also please feel free to print anything off our site to give the gift in essence. We wish we could do more right now, but hopefully this will help somewhat.

Shipping Update!
Backers,
We apologize for the lack of updates recently. We have been hard at work finalizing some last-minute shipping logistics to make sure the H2P shipping process goes smoothly.
After a short delay, we are excited to announce that we are ready to begin shipping and we will officially be sending out the first wave of orders tomorrow! If you were planning on giving the H2P to someone as a holiday gift, please send us a direct message.

We are starting the early prep stages of the shipping process for your H2Ps! Please make sure that your shipping information is correct because in 24 hours the surveys will be closed and locked down - you cannot change any information thereafter.

VERY IMPORTANT UPDATE!
Hey H2P backers!
There was an error on our BackerKit surveys and shipping fees were not included for all perk tiers. This led to your full pledge being imported, but the shipping portion appeared as "Credit Remaining” in the BackerKit system, instead of being correctly applied towards shipping costs for your order. We’ve updated the surveys to correct the error.
Critically, this means that if you used that excess credit towards Add-Ons in the survey and do not wish to have your credit card charged for those add-ons, you need to log in at https://prosounds-h2p.backerkit.com/ and update your order ASAP.
